Versatile Filtration Technologies

Sintered filtration with filter cartridges made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is ideally suited for microelectronics and analytical technology. These sintered cartridges operate at temperatures up to +80°C and provide precise particle separation. Wound yarn elements made of cotton, viscose or polypropylene (PP) enable depth filtration in pharmaceutical and process technology as well as water treatment.

Activated carbon filters as adsorption filters effectively remove odor and taste substances from various media. Fiber fleece elements show excellent pressure stability and large dirt holding capacity at temperatures up to +120°C, briefly even +150°C.

High-Performance Filter Housings

Filter housings made of styrene acrylonitrile (SAN), PP and polyamide 6 (PA 6) offer broad media compatibility. PA housings operate at operating pressures up to 20 bar, while SAN housings with crystal-clear filter bowls and venting valves are optimized for continuous operation. Stainless steel filter housings made of material 1.4571 enable filtration at +140°C with FPM seals or +280°C with FFKM seals at maximum 160 bar operating pressure.
