Cellular rubber and foam rubber sheets offer optimal solutions as specialized semi-finished products for demanding industrial applications. These closed-cell elastomer sheets are characterized by excellent deformability, high volume compressibility and exceptional service life even under extreme compression set.

Material Diversity for Specific Requirements

The product range includes foam rubber sheets made from fluorocarbon rubber (FPM), ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), chloroprene rubber (CR) and natural rubber (NR). Cellular rubber sheets are available in CR, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and polyurethane (PUR) materials. Shore hardness grades vary material-specifically between 12° and 40° Shore A.

Temperature Resistance and Chemical Resistance

EPDM cellular rubber sheets ensure working temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, briefly up to +100°C. Silicone foam sheets achieve temperature resistance from -80°C to +200°C depending on the design. All materials show high ozone, cold and steam resistance as well as resistance to many chemical substances.

Special Solutions for Regulated Areas

Platinum-crosslinked silicone foam sheets meet FDA and BfR conformity as well as the European Pharmacopoeia. These designs are particularly suitable for biotechnology, pharmaceutical technology, medical technology and food technology. The compression set is only 25% under standardized test conditions.
