Material Diversity for Specific Requirements

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) solenoid valves offer universal chemical resistance at temperatures from -50°C to +100°C. The valves achieve switching times of 20-50 milliseconds at pressures up to 2 bar. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) designs combine high media resistance with operating pressures up to 2 bar and vacuum compatibility. Stainless steel solenoid valves enable high-temperature applications up to +180°C with flow rates of 110-400 l/h.

Technical Specifications

The valve systems are available in 2/2-, 3/2- and 6/2-way configurations. Connection voltages include 12V/24V DC and 230V AC. Threaded connections in UNF, NPT and G threads (1/8" to 1/2") ensure flexible integration. Sealing materials made from ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), fluorocarbon rubber (FPM) or perfluorocarbon rubber (FFKM) ensure media-specific sealing.
