Special properties and application areas

Antistatic variants feature electrically conductive inner and outer layers (R<10⁶ Ω) and are vacuum-resistant up to 99.9% at 20 bar. Steam hoses achieve working temperatures up to +164°C at 7 bar operating pressure. Food-grade beverage hoses convey fat-free foods, fruit juices and alcoholic beverages at up to 12 bar.

Paint spray hoses are suitable for spirits, nitroacrylic and epoxy resin paints as well as esters, ketones and aromatics. Glass fabric covered industrial hoses achieve burst pressures of 60 bar at +25°C and are used in cooling water technology and thermal process engineering.

Heat exchanger hoses with Shore hardness A 65° enable easy handling when wrapping around flasks and columns in laboratory technology. The temperature range extends from -60°C to +160°C at 0.8 bar operating pressure.
