Material diversity for specific requirements

Sintered bronze bushings are characterized by their multi-porous structure, which enables permanent oil storage. These ready-to-install, calibrated bearing solutions are designed for shaft diameters from 3 to 50 mm and achieve dynamic bearing loads of approximately 10 N/mm². The operating temperature range extends from -10°C to +80°C at constant speeds without directional changes.

Polyamide (PA 6.6) bushings offer low-wear properties with smooth shafts and adequate lubrication. They are suitable for shaft diameters from 3 to 60 mm and function reliably in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C.

Plastic and metal bushings with PTFE sliding coating (polytetrafluoroethylene) extend the application range to extreme temperatures from -195°C to +280°C and are particularly suitable for oscillating operation and high-frequency applications.

Design variants for optimal integration

Slotted designs facilitate assembly through their compressibility and support lubricant distribution. Non-slotted variants offer more uniform load distribution and higher radial pressure resistance. Flanged bushings enable precise axial positioning, while variants without flanges offer maximum flexibility during installation.
