Chemical-resistant gas pumps for aggressive media and vacuum applications in laboratory and process engineering

Gas pumps enable the safe transfer of gaseous media in laboratory and process engineering. These specialized pumping systems handle both non-aggressive and highly aggressive gases and vapors at maximum operating pressures up to 1 bar.
Diaphragm pumps for precise gas transfer
Micro-diaphragm transfer pumps operate with low-voltage drives (6 VDC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC) and achieve flow rates between 0.40 l/min and 4.5 l/min. The compact design enables use in confined laboratory environments at ambient temperatures from +5 °C to +40 °C.
Vacuum pumps for aggressive applications
Chemical-resistant vacuum diaphragm pumps with IP 44 protection rating transfer up to 40 l/min and handle aggressive gases such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), concentrated nitric acid (HNO3), or sulfur dioxide (SO2). Sealing materials made from perfluoroelastomer (FFKM, Kalrez®) ensure long service life even under extreme chemical stress.
Displacement pumps for condensates
Specialized displacement pumps handle aggressive condensates and gases at media temperatures up to +140 °C. These systems are suitable for sulfuric acid (H2SO4), sulfur trioxide (SO3), and other corrosive compounds in chemical process engineering.
