Stainless steel hoses provide the optimal solution for demanding industrial applications where high temperatures, pressure loads or aggressive media play a role. These robust hose systems made of stainless steel 1.4541 with single wire braiding made of stainless steel 1.4301 ensure reliable media transfer up to a maximum working temperature of +550°C.

The corrugated hoses are equipped as standard with pipe end pieces and cutting ring fittings according to DIN 3861. Hexagonal nipples with external thread as well as conically sealing fittings with internal thread are used - both designed as Whitworth pipe thread according to DIN 2999.

For vacuum applications in chemical technology, process technology, pharmaceutical technology and biotechnology, the stainless steel hoses undergo a special helium leak test to ensure vacuum tightness. These vacuum hoses are equipped with small flanges according to DIN 28403 on both sides and guarantee maximum tightness.

Metal protective hoses made of galvanized steel provide additional protection for cables, electrical lines and other hoses. With protection class IP 50, they reliably protect against welding sparks, splash water, moisture, corrosion and mechanical influences, while remaining easy to handle due to their flexible construction.

The stainless steel hoses are excellently suited for drinking water applications and easily withstand the domestic water line pressure of 2-4 bar. Their robust but flexible braiding enables simple curved installation and simplifies connections to existing piping systems.
