Polyurethane (PUR) Elastic Buffers

The high-quality elastic buffers are made from polyurethane (PUR, Vulkollan®) and offer a Shore hardness A of 60° to 70° according to DIN 53505. The material is characterized by exceptional aging resistance and UV stability. The transparent variants are temperature-resistant up to +120 °C, while black versions can be used up to +90 °C. The fire class UL 94 HB emphasizes the safety of these components.

These vibration dampeners function as effective spacers and noise dampening for acrylic and glass plates as well as electronic components. They reduce vibration transmission and protect sensitive laboratory equipment from mechanical stress.

Professional Abrasive Fleeces

The abrasive fleeces enable precise processing of metal, wood, and plastic surfaces. They are optimally suited for cleaning, deburring, finishing, and sanding as well as effective removal of corrosion and contamination. After priming, wood fibers can be reliably removed.

The abrasive roll fleece is available in red and gray colors, with a roll length of 100 mm and a width of 10 mm. Available grit sizes include 80/100, 320/360, and 400/500 for various processing requirements.

The abrasive hand pads with dimensions of 152 x 229 mm are available in grit sizes 180/220, 320/360, and 500/600. The color variants brown, red, and gray enable easy identification of the different grits.
