Welding connectors for pipes enable high-strength, chemical-resistant connections in chemical and process engineering. Material Specifications and Temperature Resistance

PP welding connectors are temperature-resistant up to +100°C and offer excellent chemical resistance to most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. PVDF versions (Kynar®, Solef®) extend the application range to +150°C and show excellent resistance even to aggressive chemicals and UV radiation.

Welding Technology and Processing

For professional processing, matching welding rods made of PP and PVDF are available. The welding connection is made by hot gas welding, creating a material bond that is mechanically resilient and long-term stable. Detachable variants allow for non-destructive disassembly when needed.
