The FRITSCH P-1 jaw crushers are specially designed for the highly efficient pre-crushing of hard and very hard brittle materials and ferro-alloys. The robust construction was specifically designed for extreme hardness and enables uniform sample preparation with reproducible results.

Two performance classes for different requirements

Model I processes materials with feed sizes up to 60 mm and, depending on the material and grinding gap setting, achieves a throughput of up to 140 kg/h with 1.7 kW power consumption. For larger sample quantities, Model II offers a maximum feed size of 95 mm and achieves a throughput of up to 200 kg/h at 2.6 kW. Both models work with 308 eccentric movements per minute and enable final finenesses from 1 mm to 15 mm through precise grinding gap adjustment in ten stages.

Flexible handling and easy cleaning

The hopper supplied enables quick and uncomplicated filling - manually in batches or continuously. The intelligent design feeds the ground material automatically and virtually eliminates blockages. The flexible crushing plate kinematics adapt perfectly to the sample and ensure optimum crushing results.

For quick and thorough cleaning, the crushing plates can be removed in a few simple steps - for maximum protection against contamination between different samples. The iron-free pre-crushing also makes the devices RoHS-compliant.

The compact design as a benchtop instrument (Model I: 40 x 80 x 80 cm, Model II: 50 x 80 x 80 cm) combines powerful performance with ergonomic working and makes the FRITSCH P-1 jaw crusher a reliable partner in laboratories and quality control.
