Reliably test water flow and functionality - for laboratory and production

According to the standard, safety showers and hand-held eye showers must be tested once a month for functionality and the required water flow. The mobile test device from POL-EKO^® makes this routine test an uncomplicated task - without complex installation or conversion work.

Two funnels for safety showers and hand-held showers

The device is equipped with two separate funnels: The large funnel with a diameter of 323 mm can be extended to a height of 2,300 mm and is positioned centrally under the safety shower. The smaller funnel (116 mm diameter) is used to collect water from hand-held eye showers with a minimum flow rate of 6 l/min. This allows both shower types to be tested with a single device.

Transparent container with readable scale

The transparent PVC water tank holds up to 120 liters. A printed scale from 0 to 110 L allows the amount of water collected to be read off directly - the required flow rate of 60 L/min for safety showers can thus be documented quickly and clearly.

Quick emptying thanks to integrated suction pump

The integrated electric suction pump (230 V, 50 Hz, protection class IP 44) empties the tank quickly after the test. The enclosed drain hose (2 m) drains the water. Separate holders for the drain hose and power cable ensure tidy storage.

Mobile and practical

Thanks to its castors, the appliance (weight: 40 kg) can be easily transported around the building. With dimensions of 600 × 490 × 1,845 mm (W × D × H), it also fits into confined laboratory areas. The scope of delivery includes a circuit breaker and all necessary components for immediate use. The warranty period is 24 months.
