Wacker, the Munich-based chemical company, continues to consolidate its distribution networks for VINNAPAS® and VINNOL® brand polymer dispersions to improve efficiency and to create crossregional synergies. In the course of a constant optimization of the distribution sales channels, Wacker’s polymer dispersion business in Switzerland will be transferred from Grolmann AG to IMCD Switzerland AG – already a Wacker partner – effective January 1, 2010. In Brazil, the distributor quantiQ will take over the distribution of VINNAPAS® and VINNOL® from January 2010.
One of the biggest chemical distributors in Brazil, quantiQ already distributes selected Wacker products in the Brazilian market. The Dutch chemicals distributor IMCD sells diverse Wacker products in most West European and a few East European countries.
