After Bodo Möller Chemie’s acquisition of a majority stake, the Bridge Chemical Company will be officially integrated into the Group in mid-January 2026. This marks the continuation of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group’s international growth strategy, focusing closely on markets with strong industrial dynamism. A reliable specialty chemicals distributor for three decades, the Bridge Chemical Company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9120B to comply with the extremely strict requirements for quality management and sales in the aerospace sector. The company supplies clients in different branches of industry, including the automotive, aerospace, commercial vehicle, electronics, and metalworking industries. With seven sales offices, six warehouse locations, 55 employees, and its own laboratory, the BCC is present in Mexico’s key industrial centers and guarantees nationwide support. The main areas of application are primarily bonding, sealing, surface treatment, foaming, and release agent technology. The Mexican trader’s portfolio includes Henkel products, which fit seamlessly into the Bodo Möller Chemie Group’s solution range, alongside products from CPG, Dow, DuPont, KVS, and Medmix.
“Together with BCC, we are combining our strengths to create a powerful platform for our clients across Latin America. We are looking forward to uniting BCC’s established structures and commitment with Bodo Möller Chemie’s global reach and service-oriented mindset to ensure a successful future and strong partnerships in the region,” affirms Frank Haug, CEO of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group. Collaboration is based on a partnership approach: Further development will be closely coordinated with the Bridge Chemical Company’s founder, family owners, and current employees. Francisco Puente, the Bridge Chemical Company’s founder, adds: “Our strength lies in the combination between local know-how, many years of client relationships, and a deep understanding of our target markets. A strong partner at our side means new prospects are opening up for sustainable growth.” The company’s technical focus and market knowledge complement Bodo Möller Chemie’s solution-oriented approach to an optimum degree. “We have been operating in Mexico with our own subsidiary since 2018,” states Andreas Moser, Sales Director, Bodo Möller Chemie. “With this addition, we are now establishing a significantly broader base. In particular, the proximity to our clients and the technical laboratory unlock new opportunities in a dynamic market.”
