SpecialChem, a service company for the global chemical industry and its industrial clients, announced the acquisition of the Omnexus on-line content resource platform. SpecialChem will pursue the Omnexus content-related services dedicated to the global plastics industry and is committed to develop new features through a new service platform held at www.omnexus.com, starting Dec. 8th.

Omnexus recently closed its transactional platform.
