In response to increasing market demands, Rohm and Haas
powder coatings announced today that it has expanded its relationship with Chempoint.com. Through an extended partnership, ChemPoint.com, the leading online distributor of specialty and
fine chemicals in North America, becomes the exclusive distributor for selected General Metal Finishing products sold to small and medium customers. Rohm and Haas believes it will be better positioned to service and support this valued customer base.
The expanded partnership, which was effective August 1, 2004, broadens an alliance created between the two companies in April of this year.
The ChemPoint partnership helps Rohm and Haas build a more cost effective delivery of
marketing programs, technical service and personalized customer support.
