Philips Analytical, a leading provider of characterization
equipment,

today the official opening of its newest facility. Located in
Chandler, Arizona, the 10,000 square foot office and
demo fab facility has been built to support the company's
growing success in the semiconductor market. The new
Center will support the Americas region and help solidify
Philips' existing links with the semiconductor research,
development and
production environments in the West
and Midwest regions of the U.S.

Now fully operational, the new Chandler, Arizona facility
brings together a world-class complete demonstration
and application fab, including a full range of
semiconductor
metrology tools and analytical
instrumentation. A dedicated staff of industry experts,
knowledgeable in
sales, applications, service and
technical support, has been added to meet the needs of
the growing Philips' semiconductor customer base.
To mark the opening of its newest facility located at 460
South Benson Lane, Suite 7, Philips Analytical plans to
hold an official ribbon cutting ceremony in the Fall of
2001.
