Dynea Oy, the parent company of Dynea International Oy, has sold the entire share capital in Krems Chemie Chemicals Services GmbH, a custom manufacturing business located in Krems, Austria, to Gerald Moser GmbH and Co KG. The transaction was closed on March 4, 2002.

KCCS GmbH offers a broad range of equipment and technologies for customised manufacturing and a steadily increasing range of components and intermediates, especially for the flavour and fragrance industry, but also used as cosmetic and pharmaceutical intermediates. At its multi-purpose, state-of the-art facilities, KCCS GmbH concentrates not only on traditional batch processes but also on continuous, catalytic processes and fractionation. Gerald Moser GmbH and CoKG is a joint company between Gerald Moser, the current managing director of KCCS, and MFAG Mittelstandsfinanzierungs Aktiengesellschaft, a leading Austrian investment fund.
