Due to the vertical alignment and the almost parallel beam guidance of the capillaries, sharp and undistorted element distributions are obtained. A unique advantage of the XGT-9000 is that transmission X-rays are also taken at the same time, so that a lot of additional information can be obtained from one measurement. For example, defects in electronic components or unwanted foreign bodies in pharmaceuticals can be detected non-destructively. Do you have very large samples?
