Berghof offers high-pressure (200 bar), low-pressure (25 bar), and metal-free reactors (200 bar) for applications up to 300°C, as well as reactor systems for specialized applications such as hydrogenation.
Key features include simple, tool-free closing and opening—thanks to the unique quick-release clamp—as well as the specially developed PTFE lining, which provides full corrosion protection and thus prevents damage to the reactors caused by aggressive media. With the semi-automatic gas burette BRG and the fully automated hydrogenation controller BHC, Berghof offers two powerful solutions for precise and controlled gas consumption measurement—tailored to different requirements and budgets. The BHC enables fully automated process control based on individually definable recipes. All safety- and process-relevant steps are executed reliably and reproducibly, independent of the operating personnel. The BRG, on the other hand, offers an easy-to-use and cost-effective solution for automated gas dosing with simultaneous gas consumption measurement.
