Material variants for different applications

PP centrifugal pumps (polypropylene) are suitable for operating temperatures up to 80°C and offer high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohols and aliphatic hydrocarbons. The material complies with KTW guidelines and is therefore food-grade.

PVDF centrifugal pumps (polyvinylidene fluoride) operate at temperatures up to 95°C and are characterized by exceptional hardness and mechanical stability. The fluoroplastic offers excellent radiation resistance and complies with European Pharmacopoeia standards as well as FDA guidelines.

ECTFE centrifugal pumps (ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene) prove themselves through highest chemical resistance, particularly against aromatic hydrocarbons and halogenated solvents. Ceramic shaft and bearings ensure maximum corrosion resistance.

Technical advantages
