RCT Reichelt Chemietechnik
Precise Flow Measurement for Laboratory and Process Chemistry with Digital Display
RCT Reichelt Chemietechnik GmbH + Co.
Electronic flow meters enable precise measurement of volume flows in laboratory and industrial applications. These digital measuring devices work with turbine or impeller technology, where the rotation speed is detected by inductive proximity switches and digitally displayed.
The devices cover a wide measuring range: from smallest flows of 0.01 to 2 l/min for analytical technology up to larger volume flows of 20 to 120 l/min for industrial applications. Particularly noteworthy are the LCD flow meters without moving parts in the media channel, which ensure highest precision at lowest flow rates.
The material diversity enables use with various media: Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) for aggressive chemicals, polypropylene (PP) for neutral media, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) for highest chemical resistance, and red brass for non-aggressive liquids such as water or oils. PVDF versions are equipped with wear-free ceramic shafts and bearings made of zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) as well as FPM seals.
The integrated Hall sensors enable continuous digital display of the current flow rate. A calibration function allows adaptation to various low-viscosity media up to a viscosity of 20 mPas. Operating temperatures range from -20°C to +100°C at operating pressures up to 25 bar.
Product range includes:
• Flow meters made of red brass for liquids
• Electronic flow quantity counter made of PP
• Electronic flow quantity counter made of PP or PVDF
• Impeller flow meters made of PPS
• Impeller flow meters made of PVDF
• RCT® accessories: Contact transmitters
• Turbine flow meters - Digital
• Turbine flow meters - Standard
