Washers made from polyamide 6.6 (PA) extend the contact surface of screw connections and distribute the contact pressure evenly over a larger area. These plastic washers protect sensitive materials such as ceramics, glass, textiles, enamel, and painted surfaces from mechanical damage during assembly.

The PA 6.6 material is characterized by high mechanical strength, good chemical resistance, and excellent wear properties. The washers are available in black and white colors and comply with standards DIN 85 (ISO 1207), DIN 912 (ISO 4762), DIN 6912, and DIN 9784.

In addition to protecting sensitive surfaces, PA washers also serve aesthetic purposes as visual covers for transitions or for side protection functions. In pipe technology, they are used as pipe closures or feedthrough covers.
