Thermal insulation properties and high-temperature resistance up to +155 °C permanently (briefly +180 °C) make them ideal for electrical engineering and electroplating technology. The fire classification B2, UL 94-1 as well as UL 94 V-0 according to DIN 5510 S4 SR2 ensures safety in critical applications.

PVC-U Profiles: Versatile Chemical Resistance
PVC-U profiles offer excellent chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, ethanol, gasoline, and oil. The operating temperature range from +120 °C to +150 °C enables diverse applications. The adjustable hardness and toughness through plasticizer addition as well as good bondability with 2-component adhesives significantly expand processing possibilities.
