Polyethylene (PE) tubing offers optimal solutions for diverse industrial and medical applications through its different material variants. The comprehensive range includes HDPE, LDPE and UHMW-PE tubing, which are characterized by excellent chemical resistance and specific properties.

HDPE tubing (High-Density Polyethylene) is manufactured with tight calibration and tolerances of ±0.1 mm, making it ideal for protective conduits, compressed air lines, and pneumatic and hydraulic applications. As gas tubing with aluminum foil composite core, they achieve absolute gas tightness at pressures up to 30 bar.

LDPE tubing (Low-Density Polyethylene) shows excellent resistance to acids and alkalis. BEV-A-Line composite tubing for biotechnology and pharmaceutical technology is FDA and BfR compliant according to European Pharmacopoeia. Special multilumen catheter tubing with 2-3 lumens as well as X-ray contrast agent tubing for medical technology remain stable even under radiation.

UHMW-PE chemical tubing with antistatic properties offers excellent chemical resistance against acids, alkalis and solvents through its inner core. With 80% vacuum resistance at +20°C, they are suitable as suction, pressure and vacuum tubing.
