Pneumatic Diaphragm Pumps Made of PTFE

Pneumatic diaphragm pumps with housings made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are particularly suitable for Ex areas and flammable liquids. The conductive PTFE housing enables safe operation at working temperatures up to +100 °C and a maximum drive pressure of 7 bar. The pumps feature R 1/8" internal thread connections.

Magnetic Dosing Pumps Made of PVDF

Diaphragm pumps made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) offer flow rates from 0.74 to 32 l/h with a suction height of 2 to 6 m water column. These pumps operate at 100-230 V at 50-60 Hz, feature IP 65 protection class and insulation class F. Hose connections are available in dimensions 6x4, 5x8 and 9x12 mm.

Stainless Steel Diaphragm Pumps for Highest Demands

Diaphragm pumps made of stainless steel 1.4401 with PTFE-coated dosing diaphragms enable working pressures up to 25 bar. These pumps feature double piston valves, programmable pressure stages and external control via potential-free contacts. The operating temperature range is between -10 °C and +45 °C.

Micro Diaphragm Pumps for Precision Applications

For smaller flow rates, micro diaphragm pumps with capacities from 100 to 600 ml/min are available. These operate with low voltages of 6, 12 or 24 V DC and are ideal for laboratory applications and precise dosing tasks.

Chemical Resistance of Materials

PTFE shows excellent resistance to almost all chemicals. PVDF is resistant to mineral acids, organic acids, halogenated solvents and UV radiation. Stainless steel 1.4401 offers high corrosion resistance to acids, oils and organic solvents up to +250 °C.
