Peristaltic pumps, also known as tube pumps, enable precise fluid transfer through mechanical deformation of the tubing material. The pumping principle is based on controlled compression of the medium in the desired direction, ensuring contamination-free and gentle fluid transfer.

Technical Performance Features:
The microprocessor-controlled systems offer flow rates from 0.06 ml/min at 1 RPM up to 230 ml/min at 50 RPM. Stepless motor speed control from 0 to 100 RPM enables precise adjustments to specific application requirements. An integrated quick-run button reaches maximum speed within seconds for efficient filling of tubing systems.

Control and Connectivity:
The pumps feature a microprocessor-controlled RS232 interface with 25-pin D-connector and external input from 0 to 10 V. PLC control enables integration into automated processes. Reversible motor rotation allows both clockwise and counterclockwise operation.

Application Areas:
These systems have proven particularly effective in low-pressure chromatography (LC), biochemical process technology, sterile filtration and analytical instruments. Suitability for various media is determined by the selection of appropriate pump tubing.
