Tube pinch valves offer an innovative solution for precise flow control in laboratory technology, analytical technology, and biotechnology. These electronic valves enable contamination-free media flow control through mechanical pinching of soft elastomer tubing, without requiring media-contacting components.

The valves are characterized by their compact design and low power consumption. Short response times ensure precise media flow control, while simple commissioning minimizes workload. The high service life makes them an economical solution for continuous applications.

The pinch valves are particularly suitable for soft elastomer tubing with a Shore hardness A between 50° and 60°. Silicone tubing and tubing made from ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) are frequently used. The maximum media temperature is +70 °C, enabling use in most laboratory applications.

The housings are available in steel or aluminum, while valve bodies and clamps are manufactured from polyoxymethylene (POM). Control voltages of 12 VDC and 24 VDC are available. The valves are available as either normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO).
