Shaft Couplings for Versatile Applications

Shaft couplings made from polyester (PET) offer excellent properties for laboratory technology and the food industry. These highly elastic couplings are characterized by their lightweight design, wear resistance, and excellent shock and vibration damping. The operating temperature range extends from -20°C to +60°C with simultaneous resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents.

HFD type shaft couplings are three-piece, torsionally rigid systems with compensation for radial and angular misalignment. The ready-to-install couplings with finished bore and clamping screws enable tool-free assembly and offer high chemical resistance.

Metal bellows shaft couplings (MB) with metal coating ensure particularly high torsional rigidity and wear resistance. These couplings operate reliably in an extended temperature range from -40°C to +120°C.

Gear Couplings Made from Polyamide 6.6

Gear couplings consist of hub part and sleeve part made from polyamide 6.6 (PA 6.6) and are suitable for low to medium torques. These couplings show excellent resistance to fuels, greases, oils, alcohols, esters and ketones as well as aromatic hydrocarbons. The operating temperature range is between -25°C and +100°C, with short-term load capacity up to +120°C.

Universal Joints and Joint Shafts

Universal joints and ball joints made from plastic enable shaft connections with angular misalignment up to 35° and 45° respectively. Universal joint shafts are extendable systems for variable shaft distances with maximum 40° deflection angle per joint and are suitable for low torques at medium speeds.
