Two-component adhesives:

RCT Reichelt Chemietechnik

High-Performance Two-Component Adhesives for Industrial Connections in Chemical and Process Engineering

RCT Reichelt Chemietechnik GmbH + Co.

Two-component adhesives (2K adhesives) consist of two separate components - resin and hardener - which undergo a chemical reaction when mixed and cure at room temperature. These adhesive systems offer exceptional strength and resistance for demanding industrial applications.

Material-Specific Adhesive Solutions

PTFE adhesives enable reliable bonding of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with various materials such as metal, glass, ceramics and wood. Fluoroelastomer universal adhesives bond FPM/FKM materials with each other as well as with other elastomers, thermoplastics and metals. Epoxy resin structural adhesives are particularly suitable for mechanically and electrically stressed connections between metals, ceramics and plastics.

Technical Properties and Application Areas

The adhesive systems show excellent resistance to fuels, mineral oils, acids and alkalis in the temperature range from -25°C to +130°C. Their resistance to impact stress and vibrations makes them ideal for use in chemical technology, process engineering and mechanical engineering. Contact adhesives based on synthetic rubber additionally offer elastic properties and allow corrections after bonding.
