RCT Reichelt Chemietechnik
Plastic Pipe Clamps for Secure Fastening in Chemical Processes
RCT Reichelt Chemietechnik GmbH + Co.
Plastic pipe clamps and pipe clips ensure secure and permanent fastening of pipelines in chemical, pharmaceutical and process engineering systems. These fastening elements made from various plastic materials offer an optimal combination of mechanical strength, chemical resistance and temperature stability.
Material diversity for different requirements
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) forms the basis for hose clamps that withstand temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and are characterized by excellent weather resistance. These clamps are suitable for fastening hoses, thick cables as well as plastic and metal pipes.
Polypropylene (PP) enables the production of pipe clamps with highly elastic clamping bodies that embrace pipes with more than 240°. The RAL 7032 colored clamps are UV-stable and designed for permanent temperatures from -10°C to +80°C.
Pipe clamps made from HDPE are manufactured for pipe outer diameters of 40 mm, 50 mm and 63 mm and feature dimensionally stable closure brackets. The temperature range extends from -40°C to +50°C, ensuring excellent chemical resistance.
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is used for pipe clamp strips that enable space-saving fastening of plastic pipes, metal pipes, plastic-coated copper pipes as well as hoses and cables.
