Arch Chemicals Announces Departure of Chief Operating Officer

Arch Chemicals, Inc. announced that Louis S. Massimo, Arch Chemicals’ Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities.

The Company will reassign Mr. Massimo’s responsibilities within its senior management team and will announce these changes shortly.
