SOPAT acquires Parsum

SOPAT GmbH, a cutting-edge technology provider in the field of inline process instrumentation, takes the next step towards growth. SOPAT announced that the Parsum – Gesellschaft für Partikel-, Strömungs- und Umweltmeßtechnik mbH – will become part of the SOPAT family with effect of 12th of August 2022. 30% of the company shares will be acquired by our investor WZ Process B.V., SOPAT GmbH will take over 70% of the shares.

Parsum fits perfectly into our product range with its special laser-based measurement technique and thus strengthens the application area in powder-, granule- and solid-dominated process applications.”
