Acrylic Monomers Business in Eastern Europe: BASF concludes Sales Agreement with IMCD Group

BASF Aktiengesellschaft is transferring part of its acrylic monomers business for selected Eastern European countries to IMCD Group (Rotterdam, Netherlands) with immediate effect. The agreement applies specifically to goods supplied in barrels and small containers (IBC) and also to small volumes transported in tank trucks for the small-sized customer segment.
The move reflects BASF's desire to strengthen its range of services in these growing markets in order to better meet customer requirements. IMCD Group already sells BASF's acrylic monomers in large parts of Europe via its local companies.
