Fuel gas and liquefied gas hoses according to DIN EN ISO 3821:2010 ensure the safe transfer of welding gases, fuel gases, liquefied gases and oxygen in industrial applications. The color-coded safety hoses, also known as oxy-fuel hoses or welding hoses, prevent confusion of gas lines through their clear identification.

Color coding for maximum safety:
The hoses are colored according to the gas to be conveyed: Red hoses for acetylene and other fuel gases, blue for oxygen, black for non-combustible gases such as nitrogen (N₂), argon (Ar) and carbon dioxide (CO₂), as well as orange for liquefied gases such as Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), propane and butane.

High-quality material composition:
The double-jacket hoses consist of robust elastomer compounds. The inner core is manufactured from styrene-butadiene rubber/ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (SBR/EPDM), acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) or EPDM depending on the application. The outer jacket consists of EPDM or SBR/EPDM compounds.

Technical performance data:
The hoses achieve operating pressures up to 30 bar at +20°C and are designed for operating temperatures from -30°C to +80°C. Special DVGW-compliant versions offer additional abrasion resistance, weather resistance and ozone resistance.
