Dairy pipe union rings according to DIN 11851 ensure reliable sealing in pipe connections for food, pharmaceutical and chemical technology. These specialized sealing rings were originally developed for dairy pipe systems, but today find broad application in hygiene-critical areas.

Material diversity for different requirements

EPDM dairy pipe union rings are optimally suited for hot goods, milk, steam and hot water. With a Shore hardness A of 80°, they work reliably between -50°C and +150°C. The FDA and BfR compliant design meets European Pharmacopoeia standards.

NBR dairy pipe union rings show excellent resistance to fats, mineral oils and waxes. The blue sealing rings operate in the temperature range from -30°C to +100°C and achieve an elongation at break of 346%.

Silicone dairy pipe union rings offer exceptional temperature resistance from -60°C to +200°C with Shore hardness A 70°. They meet FDA, BfR and Pharmacopoeia requirements.

FKM dairy pipe union rings convince through exceptional chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, oils, acids and alkalis. The operating range extends from -20°C to +200°C with DVGW and KTW conformity.

PTFE dairy pipe union rings offer universal chemical resistance and operate between -200°C and +260°C. With 400% elongation at break, they are suitable for extreme temperature conditions.
