Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) tubing consists of specially developed high-pressure capillaries for demanding analytical applications in liquid chromatography. These capillary tubes are characterized by exceptional pressure resistance up to 420 bar at 20°C and excellent chemical resistance.
Technical Properties and Material Resistance
PEEK capillaries offer excellent resistance to acids, bases, and organic solvents. Only concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and aqua regia can attack the material. The high temperature resistance up to 200°C makes PEEK a versatile material for various process conditions.
Precise Dimensioning for Analytical Requirements
The available inner diameters of 0.13 mm, 0.18 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.5 mm, and 0.75 mm enable precise dosing and optimal flow properties. Solid color versions in red, yellow, blue, orange, green, and natural as well as striped variants facilitate system identification in complex installations.
