Nitrile rubber hoses (NBR) offer exceptional versatility and resistance for demanding industrial applications. These elastomer hoses are characterized by excellent mechanical strength, optimal rubber-elastic properties and a Shore hardness A of 70°.

Temperature and pressure resistant solutions

NBR hoses handle temperature ranges from -40°C to +220°C and operating pressures up to 250 bar. The antistatic versions ensure safe handling of flammable media, while the integrated steel wire spiral enables high vacuum resistance up to 0.8 bar.

Special designs for critical applications

Food hoses meet FDA and BfR compliance with mirror-smooth white inner cores and blue outer jackets. Biodiesel hoses according to DIN 73379 handle E10 and biodiesel with aromatic content of 50-60%. Drinking water hoses comply with DVGW and KTW standards for the highest hygiene requirements.
