Foam rubber profiles offer optimal solutions as foamed elastomer semi-finished products for sealing, damping and insulation applications in industry. The closed cell structure ensures excellent compressibility while maintaining high resilience.
Material diversity for specific requirements
Chloroprene rubber (CR) profiles show excellent resistance to diluted acids, alkalis and mineral oils with Shore hardness A 15°. Ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) variants are particularly suitable for hot water and steam applications up to +100°C as well as for contact with brake fluids and polar solvents.
Fluorocarbon rubber (FPM/FKM) profiles with Shore hardness A 30° enable temperature applications up to +300°C and offer excellent chemical resistance against oils, hydraulic fluids and fuels. Silicone profiles with Shore hardness A 15° are characterized by exceptional cold resistance and temperature stability up to +200°C.
