The company has been involved with vibration control systems from the very beginning.

This began with concrete compaction machines. Later, discharge chutes and feed chutes for lime kilns were manufactured with all associated equipment such as double-chamber airlock systems and control systems.

By the mid-sixties, when the demand for lime kilns in Germany was slowly being met, almost the entire field of vibration technology was developed.

Since then, this has included vibrating feeders in all sizes and dimensions, as cantilever or leaf spring feeders, with unbalance motors, exciters, magnetic drives or compressed air drives.

Screening machines in all possible variants, in multiple deck design, as tensioning screens (crosswise or lengthwise) with discretely inserted screen linings, made of a wide variety of materials, also as dewatering screens, were built as well as external spiral conveyors, internal spiral conveyors (up to 3 meters in diameter), bunker vibrating feeders, vibrating tables, knock-out grates, vibrating hangers, fluidized bed dryers/coolers, bar sizers, furnace feeding systems, hot material conveying systems, vibrating chutes, etc.

Vibra-Technik has covered almost the entire range of vibration technology since the early sixties.

Since then, the machines have been continuously developed in terms of technology and the manufacturing processes used.

Today, Vibra-Technik can offer its customers a range of state-of-the-art vibration control technology, which can also be manufactured using the latest production processes.

Vibra-Technik specializes in manufacturing systems for its customers, even in small quantities or as individual items.

We also design and develop system components that are located in the periphery of vibration technology, such as special feeders (super-soft) or complete weighing technology systems tailored to specific requirements.

As a result, Vibra-Technik is now in a position to provide a customized and extremely cost-effective offer on request, even for very special applications.
