trans-o-flex: New Managing Director for Customer Service

Frank-Peter Eid (46) has been appointed Managing Director of trans-o-flex Customer Service GmbH. Thus, after playing a decisive role in the development of trans-o-flex’s customer service since his appointment as Director Customer Service in January 2007, he has now been given the complete responsibility for this area. trans-o-flex Customer Service GmbH was established to concentrate central customer service activities in one Group company. “trans-o-flex not only offers each customer his own permanent contact person but has also installed a hotline that is operated by Customer Service GmbH to answer our recipients’ inquiries“, explains Wolfgang Weber, Managing Director of trans-o-flex, to whom Eid will report directly. “All this shows the priority that customer service is given in all of our operations.”

Already during his study of Law at the university in Trier, Eid worked for trans-o-flex as a driver and started his career as a permanent employee with the Weinheimbased combi-freight specialist in 1989. Since then, Eid, who has three children, took over various sales and management positions with continously increasing responsibility.
