L.B. Bohle receives ATEX-certification
Recognition of the quality and production process
The European Union published the ATEX-guideline in 1994 first and in 2014 an amended version was implemented. The guideline 2014/34/EU covers equipment and safety systems that are used in hazardous areas. Among others, the sieving machines BTS 100 and BTS 200 built by L.B. Bohle belong to the ones the guideline is applicable for. To give their customers the maximum of safety, it is a commitment for L.B. Bohle to undergo this certification process in order to guarantee preventive protection in the hazardous areas.
The responsible ATEX-representative Volker Bähr and the manager of the quality system, Martin Schembecker, participated successfully in training courses to guarantee that all processes run in accordance with the guideline.
In February 2017 L.B. Bohle received the pleasant news by the certifier about the recognition of the quality assurance in the production processes. The certificate is valid until the end of 2019.
