Reichhold Announces Price Increase on Epoxy Resins and Latex Emulsions
Reichhold's Global Coating and Performance resins business announced today a price increase effective January 15, 2003 or as contracts allow on epoxy resins and related products as well as on latex emulsion resins sold in North America. The increase of $.03 - .05 applies to off-list pricing for epoxy resins and curing agents. All latex emulsions will increase $.03/lb. for both list and off-list pricing on all latex emulsion resins.
"Higher energy and volatile oil prices are affecting epoxy margins," says Fritz Gartner, vice president of sales for Global Coating and Performance Resins.
