Material diversity for different requirements

Aluminum sheets made from Al 99.9% material (AIBS 1474) are characterized by their corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of 36 m/Ohm.mm². Available are both untreated variants and PVC-coated versions in the colors beige, blue, gray, and black. Material thicknesses range from 0.3 to 6 mm.

Stainless steel sheets according to ASTM 269 offer excellent corrosion resistance and are easily polishable. They are particularly suitable for applications in the food industry, sanitary technology, and hospital technology. Available thicknesses: 1, 1.2, 2.5, 3, and 5 mm.

Copper sheets with 99.99% purity convince through best thermal conductivity and excellent electrical properties. The tensile strength is 250 N/mm². These sheets are easily formable even at low temperatures and non-brittle.

Brass sheets combine high corrosion resistance with non-magnetic properties. Through alloying additions such as magnesium, nickel, or aluminum, the chemical resistance properties can be specifically adjusted.

Special designs for particular applications

Perforated sheets and punched plates significantly expand the application spectrum. These perforated metal plates are available in various hole shapes - round, square, or staggered - with different open areas. Perforated sheets made from stainless steel offer eight different hole sizes with material thicknesses of 0.55 mm and 0.7 mm.
