Chloroprene rubber hoses (CR) provide a reliable solution for safe gas handling in laboratory and industrial applications. The material is characterized by exceptional abrasion resistance as well as resistance to aging, weathering, and ozone. With a Shore hardness A 50°, these hoses ensure high flexibility while maintaining robust construction.

The operating temperature range extends from -30°C to +100°C, briefly even up to +120°C. The high flame resistance makes CR hoses particularly safe for gas-carrying applications. As DVGW-certified gas safety hoses, they meet the highest safety standards for operating pressures up to 100 mbar.

The hoses with end sleeves offer special convenience through kink-resistant construction and easy adaptation without additional fastening mechanisms. The self-adhesive end sleeves can be easily pushed onto hose nozzles of Bunsen burners.

Standard available inner diameters are 10 mm with 2 mm wall thickness. Delivery is made in practical units of 5, 10, and 15 meters. The black coloring identifies these as classic laboratory hoses, which are also known as "red hoses" in the trade.
