Fluoroelastomer hoses made from fluoroelastomer (FPM) offer exceptional chemical resistance and temperature resistance for demanding applications in laboratory, biotechnology and chemical engineering. These high-performance hoses withstand temperatures up to 200°C continuously and briefly up to 250°C while providing resistance against aggressive media.

Outstanding material properties:
FPM hoses are characterized by low permeability, making them virtually gas-tight. Shore hardness varies between 55° and 75° Shore A depending on the application area. The material shows excellent resistance to hydrocarbons, mineral and vegetable oils, aromatic and chlorinated solvents, acids, alkalis and oxidizing agents.

Specialized application areas:
For peristaltic pumps, highly flexible pump hoses with Shore hardnesses from 55° to 62° are available. Micro hoses with inner diameters from 0.15 mm to 1.8 mm are ideal for analytical technology and dosing applications. Pressure hoses with steel wire braiding enable operating pressures up to 8 bar at room temperature.

Technical advantages:
The smooth inner surface minimizes deposits and ensures optimal flow properties. Glass fiber braided variants comply with fire class UL 94 V0 and offer additional mechanical strength. Color-coded pump hoses with stoppers facilitate installation in peristaltic pump heads.
