High thermal conductivity silicone films are specially developed thermal interface materials for demanding applications in microelectronics and thermal management. These thermally conductive silicone films are manufactured by filling with thermally conductive ceramics and offer exceptional material properties for efficient heat dissipation.

Technical Properties and Performance Features
The silicone films are characterized by their high chemical resistance, thermal stability and pronounced dielectric strength. Depending on application requirements, various thermal conductivities are available: from 1.4 W/m·K up to 3.0 W/m·K. The operating temperature range extends from -60 °C to +180 °C, while the fire rating UL 94 V-0 ensures the highest safety standards.

Versatile Application Areas
These thermal interface films are used in SMD power modules, thermal sensors, high-power diodes, CD-ROM cooling as well as CPU modules. Furthermore, they provide reliable protection for battery devices and motor controls. Available versions include single-sided and double-sided self-adhesive variants for easy installation.

Complementary Thermal Silicone Caps
In addition to the films, thermal silicone caps with thermal conductivities from 1.1 W/mK to 1.5 W/mK provide secure all-around insulation. These flexible components exhibit low overall thermal resistance and enable temperature ranges from -60 °C to +200 °C.
