Angle seat manual shut-off valves made of high-quality plastics enable manual control of media flows in piping systems. These robust fittings are used in process engineering, chemical engineering, and wastewater technology, and are particularly suitable for desulfurization plants, denitrification plants, water treatment, and environmental technology.

Available Material Variants:

• Manual Shut-off Valve (Angle Seat) made of PVC-U: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) offers high mechanical strength and rigidity with excellent dimensional accuracy. The weldable plastic shows very good dielectric properties and chemical resistance to gasoline, oils, and various acids.
• Manual Shut-off Valve (Angle Seat) made of PP: Polypropylene (PP) is food-grade, FDA-compliant, and approved for drinking water treatment. The temperature-resistant material is characterized by good chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and excellent dielectric properties.
• Manual Shut-off Valve (Angle Seat) made of PVDF: Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as a high-performance plastic offers very good chemical resistance, excellent temperature properties, and outstanding UV and weather resistance. The physiologically safe material complies with FDA and BfR regulations.

Technical Specifications:

All valve variants are available in nominal sizes 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, and 63 mm. Temperature resistance varies by material: PVC-U up to +60°C, PP up to +90°C, and PVDF up to +100°C. The valves are supplied as complete systems with threaded connections on both sides - PVC-U variants with solvent cement sockets, PP and PVDF versions with butt fusion ends.

The chemical resistance of the various materials covers a broad spectrum: PVC-U resists lubricants, hydrocarbons, and acids, PP shows resistance to alcohols, ketones, and alkaline solutions, while PVDF exhibits nearly PTFE-comparable resistance to organic and inorganic media.
