Endress+Hauser Conducta, Gesellschaft für Mess- und Regeltechnik mbH+Co. KG, is one of the world's leading specialists in analysis and sensor technology in the environmental and process industries. The enterprise was founded in Stammheim in 1970 and since 1977 it has been a member of the Endress+Hauser Group, a global player in metrology and automation technology. Today, the company's headquarters are located in Gerlingen near Stuttgart with important production centers in Waldheim (Saxony, Germany) and Anaheim (California, USA). At the end of 2006, Endress+Hauser Conducta was employing approx. 400 people worldwide. In the past number of years, it has expanded its market position significantly and has become the global market leader for pH sensors.

Endress+Hauser Conducta supplies measuring points which consist of sensors, process connections (assemblies) and transmitters, combined with modern Fieldbus technology and certified to all industry-specific requirements. PH values, conductivity, oxygen and chlorine content, turbidity and solids content, ammonia, nitrate and phosphate content, as well as other chemical contents of liquids, can all be determined with these measuring points. They are used in all process engineering industries including the chemical and petrochemical industries, the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry, the water and wastewater industry and the paper and energy sector.
