About Hahnemühle
The company Hahnemuehle is known for its well accepted Filter Papers of highest quality for more than 100 years. In the past these worldwide, well recognised papers were sold by Schleicher & Schuell all over the world and are used as the standard for laboratory filtration. Hahnemuehle, formerly part of the Schleicher & Schuell group, became independent when S&S was taken-over by Whatman in 2004. In 2008, Hahnemuhle Fine Art GmbH and Filabet SL formed a joint-venture for the distribution of high-quality filter-paper. The product range of the joint brand Albet LabScience included traditional filters made from cotton-linters, cellulose and glass-fibre.
