New GPC Software for the LC ChemStation
Advertisement
Polymer laboratories has launched a new GPC software package specially designed for the Agilent Technologies' LC ChemStationTM. CirrusTM is a seamless 'drop in' capability designed specifically for GPC, which fully integrates into the ChemStation. The CirrusTM GPC software is available for new ChemStation users and as an upgrade for PL Caliber for ChemStation users.
This is a true 32 bit state of the art package, taking advantage of all current Windows? capabilities.
New for Rapid GPC Polymer Screening
Polymer Laboratories is now offering advanced, purpose designed solutions for high throughput screening of polymer sample libraries, to provide gel permeation chromatography (GPC) screening for preliminary identification of lead and target polymers, catalysts or polymerisation schemes.
The new PL XT-20 Rapid HTGPC Polymer Screening System is a sophisticated, fully featured and automated high temperature system for rapid GPC polymer screening at 2-5 minutes per sample.
New for GPC-FTIR Characterisation of Polymers
Polymer Laboratories has launched a new interface to couple high temperature gel permeation chromatography (HTGPC) with FTIR spectroscopy, enabling the rapid determination of compositional heterogeneity and its relationship to molecular weight from a single measurement.
Increased Resolution for Particle Size Distribution Measurement of Nanoparticles
Polymer Laboratories has introduced a new accessory, a 'Type 1' cartridge, for use with the successful PL-PSDA particle size distribution analyser. Operating on the principle of packed column hydrodynamic chromatography (HDC), the bead size of the PL-PSDA cartridge has been designed to provide significantly increased resolution over the particle size range 3nm to 300nm, a region which is difficult to probe using other particle sizing techniques.
